What is the difference between exercises, section tests and mock exams?
Exercises focus on individual parts or tasks. A full section test covers one complete IELTS section. A full IELTS mock exam brings Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking together.
How do feedback credits work?
One credit covers feedback on one Speaking or Writing submission. Your credits are a total allowance for your package, not a monthly allowance. Free credits never expire; unused paid credits expire when the package ends.
What does teacher support include?
Standard and Premium include help from an actual IELTS teacher. Standard provides a first meaningful reply within 48 hours; Premium within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays.
